Virtual Speech is an online corporate training business. They provide soft skills training through Virtual Reality to businesses and individuals.

In 2022 we worked closely with them on a 3-month project optimising their website for conversion and identifying opportunities to make more sales.

How we increased their sales by 23% with no advertising spend

1. Website analysis

We audited and took a deep dive into their Google Analytics account. Using this data we built customer journey maps, highlighting low-converting high-traffic web pages and provided guidance on where changes should be made.

2. Optimising their website for conversion

Their website operated with a high-degree of web traffic but wasn’t meeting it’s full potential. We implemented changes to their messaging, created content that educated audiences in a simpler, short format and updated lead capture processes to increase conversion rates by 30%.

3. Email automations & free trials

Low converting, high-traffic web traffic pages were changed to include free trial pop ups that would capture leads data. Following a sign up we implemented a 4-step email automation process that would nurture, educate and support new free-trial customers into becoming a paying customer. Playing a significant role in converting website vistors to customers and increasing B2C sales by 23% with no additional advertising spend.
